David has more than 25 years of experience as a senior human resources executive at publicly traded companies in both Canada and the United States. His diverse industry background includes three years at LAC Minerals and five years at real estate company Bramalea Ltd. During his 10 years with medical diagnostic company Dynacare, David also held executive positions in investor relations and supervised risk management, as well as spending three years as president of Med+Care, a division of Dynacare.

Since 2002, David has managed the personnel challenges associated with GreenField’s growth.

David sits on the board of Tobias House and has been a formal speaker at conferences held by the Human Resources Personnel Association of Ontario.
