Brian came to GreenField Ethanol in August 2006 after more than 30 years practising law in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, primarily as a corporate-commercial lawyer with a wide-ranging practice, but with stints in litigation and tax; he also served for some years as Managing Partner, Professional Affairs of the Toronto office. As General Counsel, he has overall responsibility for contracts, compliance and other legal issues affecting the company.
