Brian has more than 30 years of experience practising law in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, primarily as a corporate-commercial lawyer with a wide-ranging practice, but with stints in litigation and tax. He also served for three years as Managing Partner, Professional Affairs of the Toronto office. He has extensive experience with corporate commercial law in the areas of securities, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, leasing & lending and privacy law.

He joined GreenField in August 2006 as General Counsel with responsibility for contracts, compliance and other legal issues affecting the company.

Brian is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He is an International Associate of the American Bar Association.
