Bliss joined the ethanol industry in 2000 as President of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association. He joined GreenField in 2004 and was instrumental in creating the federal Ethanol Expansion Program and driving federal and provincial policies to promote renewable fuels mandates across the country. Previously, Bliss spent 15 years in the public affairs arena in various roles in the banking and energy sectors and for the past two decades, has advised politicians at all levels, from MPPs to Premiers and Prime Ministers.
