Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm has more than 30 years’ experience as a senior financial executive. His background includes ten years in public accounting practice with a predecessor firm of KPMG, and four years at a Canadian real estate development company, where he served as Vice President and Treasurer.
Malcolm joined the GreenField team in 1991, and since that time has led all financing initiatives associated with GreenField’s major capital expansions. Malcolm is responsible for all aspects of corporate finance including banking, treasury, investor relations and risk management. As well, he is responsible for all financial aspects of project development including structuring of long-term contracts and supporting new project development.
Malcolm has played an integral role in the design and structuring of government policy and support programs for ethanol in Canada over the past 20 years. He is Past Chair of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association and serves on the CRFA Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Financial Executives Institute.
